South West Music School is staffed day to day by a small team, but supported by a wonderful Board of Trustees as well as a large network of professional mentors, tutors and partners across the region.

Jen is the main point of contact between mentors and the General Manager. Jen is also SWMS Safeguarding Lead.

Philip is a retired Director of Music from a large Comprehensive school and parent of a gifted young musician.
